    Two work arounds I can think of. 1. Split your stereo file into two mono files. See if you can then pan each file the way you want to in Vegas Pro. 2. Convert your stereo wav file to an mp3 file, then see if you can do the same as with your music files.

I use the Zoom R16 with 8 simultaneous inputs for recording.
