Getting a job right out of school requires some sort of connections to people willing to hire you, or the luck to apply for a job cold and get accepted. This is something that you need to figure out while you are in still in school. One possible avenue is getting internships while a student to build up some experience and contacts. Doing good work while an intern may be a way to get your foot in the door.
