Default What's a good fluid head tripod for these needs?

My tripod is getting pretty worn out as it is quite old and I think it's time for something. I don't want anything too expensive if it can be helped, but I do want a fluid head for smooth movement, or whatever will get me the smoothest cinematic looking movement.

Most tripods for video though are 2 axis, it seems, and by that I mean they can pan and tilt only, where was I want to be able to do rolls too. There are some that can do rolls, such as ones built for portrait angle tilts as they call them but those ones don't seem to be fluid head. Does anyone know if a good fluid head tripod, where you can also do rolls, or that is 3-axis, if that's a better term?

It would be for a DSLR or something around that size and weight. However, the weifeng 717 is only two axis where I would like to buy a 3 axis fluid head. What's a good 3 axis one?
