  • What now?

Okay. So I've pounded out a script for what I think will be a great, mid-budget horror flick. But, now I'm not too sure what to do with it? Sell it? Try to raise the cash to produce it? Make a trailer? Advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanx...

Well, you can try and sell it.

    Or

You can try and get the money to film it.

Do you have any experience with production?

Hi Nick. I've apprenticed myself out to a production company that's currently filming a low-budget horror. Hoping to learn film production and pick up some valuable connections along the way.

Do everything and anything you can. If you can see from my first credits, I did "Grip", Camera, lighting, producing.

Understand and learn how difficult it is to produce a good looking film.

        Take advantage of this opportunity!

I would not waste time trying to sell it. If it's really that good, your best bet is to do it yourself. If you can't raise the money for the whole thing, make a short or trailer... Then you can post it on my site ;)
