  • Audio peak filter for Final Cut Pro - how to

Does anyone know what filter in FCP is a audio peak filter? I am looking for a filter that I can drop down into my timeline and it will drop down all of the audio peaks to a normal level without having to go do it manually?

    Thanks in advance!

    Go to Final Cut Pro

In the tab Effects look for Audio Filters then click the little arrow, then choose Apple then choose AUpeakLimiter and drag that down to your audio

Then in your Viewer click Filters there you will want to adjust the pre-gain to the levels you wish

    Hope that helps :)
