Topic: Hey Everyone!

I've been looking for a forum on film making, hopefully this forum is a good place :)

A bit about myself. Im in toronto, canada. I love film making ever since i started filming skateboarding in high school. But lately i wanted to get more into film. I did a bit of film school to get an idea of film. I enjoyed it a lot, but right now im doing construction. But i've been iching to do some skits, shorts etc on weekends. Only thing is i don't have a lot of connections that are into film anymore which is hard since id like a crew. So i hope i could find some good resources or info from anyone on how to build a crew, i'd love to create something one day a lot of people enjoy. Also, what got you guys into film?
