Default I have a problem with using Premiere Pro and wonder if anyone could help.

I am working on a special effect for a short film in Premiere Pro that requires several layers of video. However, when I put all the videos in the positions I want, and then save and close out of Premiere, then re-open it to work on it more then next day, all the positions have moved.

I am not sure what happened so I put all the positions back to where I had them approximately as I could then saved and closed out of it again. I went to work on it the next day and all the layers were moved back to the positions that the programmed moved them to again after saving and reopening.

Basically the rotation of each layer has been rotated about 40 degrees to the right for each of them. Does anyone know why?

So the program is going to keep on moving them back if I save and close out of the program. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this to happen, so I can fix it? This is just a guess but I used the plug in "basic 3D" to create the effects on layers, and could that be what is causing it to rotate in weird ways when I close and reopen it?

Thanks for any help. I really appreciate it :).
