Hi, i want to know if there is a free (not a free trial) video editor for windows that is better than Movie Maker. I also want it to have some features to correct lighting and bad quality video. I know i can't make it perfect but people have said they have made it a little bit better.

Check out Lightworks.

You should probably save up some money for a program, but if that is 100% out of the question, Lightworks OR Blender will suit your needs. Although SonyVegas (not free but cheap) or a similar program would be your best bet.

Also, you should probably invest into proper lighting, audio, and camera equipment if you want higher quality videos.

Yeah Blender's a good one. It's mainly used for 3D modelling though so you might want to watch a couple of tutorials first.
