This would not be a small budget film, but it also shouldn't be a huge budget, either.

High Concept: SAW meets 1930's serials.

Logline: A villain wants to bring back cliffhangers from the classic serials, only to have the victims die versus being rescued.

Synopsis: Five famous people. Kidnapped. Forced to spin a giant game wheel with classic perils from the 1930's serials listed. Their fate ... determined by the spin of the wheel. SADISTIC, the villain, will stream over the internet in reality television style their cliffhangers, as they all die a horrifying death ... that is, unless a hero who accidently enters the scene can save them. Or is it part of the plan that the hero fails???!!!

It sounds like a fantastic premise.

Have you tried any other venues to sell it?
