Screener Recorder - by David Pete

Something on youtube called Jing.

Haven't tried it, so I'm not sure if it's wonderful or not.

I use a paid app, but the name escapes me. Didn't pay much for it, though.

No, although thanks for the recommendation. I got a free one called ocam. It works great!

It is great! The quality is pretty good for being free, and it has a simple interface. I wish it could do a little more with pans and stuff, but for the (nonexistent) price it is great.

No mac version on oCam...too bad.

The one I use is iShowU.

I think it was like $15 or $20. Works great.

When I got Windows 8.1, oCam stopped working. (Re-installed it and everything.) I would be willing to pay a bit for a good screen recorder, but only if I know it would work very well. Nothing more than $100. Any ideas?

I'm curious myself.

If you've got quick time I think that that does it. If you go on file then to new screen recording.

Interesting. I'll check that out.

I did end up getting O-Cam to work, but I could still use a better recorder.
