V/H/S was a good one.

I usually just use Netflix for TV now days. I buy most all movies just because I like to collect.

Cool idea for a thread though.

yea i love Moon. I really like movies that are kind of slow and strange, know what I mean? Im not saying the film is slow, im saying its more "quite" and fun to watch

Everyone needs to watch the movie Buried. Also the new series that Netflix has is really good. The one with Kevin Spacey.

Watch "Castaway on the Moon".

This Koren film is really well made, with great acting and wonderful story line. You'll have to watch it with subtitles, but well worth it.

Ah, Ip man isn't on the UK Netflix! Seriously, why can't they sort that disparity out already?! I don't watch many films, but I loved the surreality of 'O brother where art thou?'. And Moon is great.

The Football Factory (http://movies.netflix.com/WiMovie/The_Football_Factory/70043018?trkid=2361637)

You've probably already seen this one, but the UK Netflix has to have it.

I like "My Girlfriends a Gumiho" (Fox Spirit). It's Korean TV, and boy is it weird.

Football's not really of any interest to me; I used to pretend to like Manchester United, maybe watched 2 matches over the course of those years. Yeah, I was dedicated.

"Compliance" - I found it mesmerizing. It's amazing the awful things that people will do to each other, and how easily they'll follow orders from authority figures.

You know that was based on actual facts. Can you believe how stupid some people are?

Anyway, Ann Dowd turned in a fine performance. When you have to act to make yourself look stupid, and believable at the same time, that's some great acting.
