    Talking Help me please

I am really confused. Is VR the future of filmmaking?
    Any comment will be appreciated.

I think VR will be an amusing option, but even though 3D has evolved to a very impressive level most movies are still shown in 2D.

Besides the viewing experience there is also the impact on the audience due to the viewing method. Many people report eye strain and headaches when watching 3D movies and many people yet cannot even watch them at all because of this. VR will also have similar impacts to the audience and will eliminate a certain percentage of the audience. Another percentage will be eliminated because they cannot separate a virtual experience from the sense of it actually happening to them. I am sure you've seen the videos on YouTube of people attempting to dodge things they see in the VR viewer.

3D has a place in movies today. I saw Avatar in 3D and only wanted to see it in 3D to be immersed in such a different and incredible environment. However, 3D is not beneficial in every movie, nor most movies. This is the reason 2D is still the predominant medium.

I am sure there will be work for VR films, but not too much very soon. Right now it is still just a novelty and an amusement. More studies need to be done to see how the viewing audience responds to the medium, what problems they encounter, and how many people won't be able to deal with it either because of physical detriments or emotional ones.

It will be a fad for a while one day. Maybe in 100 years it will be the norm but I wouldnt hold my breath.
